We headed back to the zoo last week on an 80 degree day......it was beautiful!!! The kids decided to show Chris the "children's zoo" section first and we never saw anything else!! We spent the whole time with the playground, ponies, pigs, goats, and fish!
Alethia grabbed Daddy's hand and off they went to play on the playground while Caleb splashed in the water.
Then Daddy bought them pony rides......they were brave enough to go without Mommy this time!!
Alethia doesn't even look nervous!! She's getting more adventurous!!
Daddy bought them carriers for their water cups so that they could carry them themselves!!! Nice Daddy....saves Mommy from constantly taking them in and out of my bag!!
Yes, Chris still had a pressure sore and was only allowed up in his chair 2 hours per day.....but there are a lot of different ways to spend those 2 hours! This was our favorite 2 hours!!!!
